Baptism; Water; Holy Spirit; Tongues:

Baptism in the name of the;
Father, Son and Holy Ghost:
Baptizing in His name;
The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost;
What is his name?
Who is the Father, Who is the Son, Who is the Holy Spirit, or Ghost? Jesus Christ!

(Do not forget who is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit?) = Jesus Christ is God!
Jesus Christ is the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Water Baptism = Is a public confession of faith and discipleship; and might make you official part of a church:
*Water Baptism signifies = nothing cause:
*Only confession with your mouth and believing in your heart that Jesus Christ was raised from the dead and that Jesus Christ is God; will and can make a difference:
(Rom 10:9 - 10)
9. That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
*It was a cleansing or washing of the soul from sin;(Old Testament only)
(Water Baptism dose not save)
(Water Baptism dose not cleans or wash your soul or your sins)
Water baptism will not and can not save anyone!
We have to be baptized into Jesus Christ his word; Jesus is the Word:
John Chapter 1: verses 1 to 3
1.In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2. The same was in the beginning with God.
3. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

*This happens when when we get saved; (born again) and as we become displays; by learning His word. It is a process:
When we get born again our old carnal man that use to be gets crucified to the cross and dies. We are baptized into the death of Jesus Christ. That old man of the flesh; no longer has anything to do with our new identity in Christ!

Jesus had to be baptized in water because he was a High Priest: (Old Testament)
In the old testament the High Priest had to be washed, be cleansed with water before he could enter the Holy of Holies (Leviticus Chapter 16:24)
And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and for the people.
(Matthew Chapter 28:19 And 20)
19.Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
This baptizing is submerging into Jesus Christ;
 His word;  and make displays: Process; Teaching:
20.Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Teaching them; making a display. Salvation is a process; It is a work: As we learn more of his word in our heart, we become more like Jesus Christ:

The command to baptize was co-extensive with the command to preach the gospel.
All nations were to be evangelized; and they were to be made disciples, baptism is a washing.
(Matthew 28:19)
It appears to have been a kind of transition from the Jewish baptism to the Christian.
The distinction between John’s baptism and Christian baptism appears in the case of Apollos,
(Acts 18:26,27) and of the disciples at Ephesus mentioned (Acts 19:1-6)

Water baptism was only done first by John the Baptist; to bring the Old Testament into the New Testament;
John the Baptist was no longer needed after Jesus was baptized:
(Luke Chapter 3:16)
John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:

This water baptism was the start of the ministry of Jesus: The Holy Spirit came upon Jesus
(not in Jesus) after He was water baptized:
In the Old Testament the Holy Spirit came on a person but He would leave a person if they disobeyed God:

John the Baptist was the first only person to have the Holy Spirit in Him; and in Him at birth:
Luke Chapter 1: 13-17
13. But the angel said to him, Fear not, Zacharias: because your supplication is heard, and your wife Elisabeth shall bear you a son, and you will call his name John.
14. And you will have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.
15. For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he shall drink no wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.
16. And many of the children of Israel shall be turn to the Lord their God.
17. And he shall go before his face in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to walk in the wisdom of the just; to make ready for the Lord a people prepared for him.
John the Baptist was the Frist and only person to be filled with the Holy Spirit in the womb!

Jesus said that once He was raisin from the dead, and sitting at the Fathers right hand He would send the promise of the Father; The Holy Spirit that would now be in you;
John Chapter 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to my Father.

Wow = Greater Works! What could Jesus not do? He could not fill people with the Holy Spirit until He was sitting at the Fathers right hand: Then Jesus could send the Holy Ghost or Spirit:
Filling people with the Holy Spirit is greater then what Jesus did.
(Signs Wonders and Miracles we can do what Jesus did and greater because Jesus is sitting at the Father's right hand; Now Jesus could send the Holy Spirit; Now we can be filled and we are able to fill other believers with the Holy Spirit, and power;
That power is being able to pray in the Spirit;
(pray in tongues)

Acts 18: 24-26
24. And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
25. This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spoke and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John.
26. And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him to them, and expounded to him the way of God more perfectly.

Acts 19: 1-6
1. And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
2. He said to them; Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?  And they said to him;
We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

(These certain disciples all asked Jesus in their hearts; they were born again, but they had not heard of the Holy Spirit; and many born again believers today lack knowledge of the Holy Ghost; or they have the wrong knowledge of the baptism of the Holy Ghost and speaking in tongues.)

3. And he said to them; To what then were you baptized? And they said, To John's baptism.
4. Then said Paul, John truly baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying to the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
5. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6. And when Paul had laid his hands on them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spoke with tongues, and prophesied.

(Jude 1:20)
But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Receive the Holy Spirit

Receive the Holy Spirit

As His child, your loving heavenly Father wants to give you the supernatural power you need to live this supernatural life.

For every one that asks receives;
and he that seeks finds;
and to him that knocks it shall be opened...
If you know how to give good gifts to your children:
how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
LUKE 11:10,13

All you have to do is ask, believe, and receive!
Pray;
Father God I have made Jesus Christ my Lord and saviour by confessing with my mouth and believing in my heart that you God my Father raised Jesus Christ from the dead and Jesus is sitting at your right hand, so I ask in Jesus name that you would fill me with the Holy Spirit. I Thank You Lord that by faith in Jesus name I have received the Holy Spirit right now! In Jesus name!
Thank You for filling me with the
Holy Spirit, Thank you in Jesus name Amen; I can now and am able to, speak in tongues in Jesus name Amen.

Congratulations! Now you are filled with the Holy Spirit you can and are able to speak in tongues; pray in the Holy spirit. Praying in the spirit is a supernatural power that Satan does not want u to have. By faith u open your mouth and begin to speak, but don't speak any language u might know.
Some syllables from a language you don’t recognize will rise up from your heart to your mouth.
(See 1 Cor. 14:4.)( 1 Cor. 14:4) (Jude 1:20-21)
As you speak them out by faith, you’re building up yourself on your most Holy faith (Jude 1:20) and releasing God’s power.
You can pray in the Spirit anytime; whenever and or wherever you are doing: or u fill you need to:

When you got saved It didn't matter if you felt anything or not when you prayed to receive Jesus Christ as Lord. If you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth that God raised Jesus from the dead; you were saved; You received Jesus by faith:
“Therefore I say to you, What things so ever you desire, when you pray, believe that you've received them, and you shall have them” (Mark 11:24).
God always honors His Word; believe it!

The Comforter Spirit of Truth;The Holy Spirit:

Acts chapter 2: Verses 1 to 4

TONGUES

John Chapter 15: verse 26
26. But when the Comforter is come,
whom I will send unto you from the Father,
even the Spirit of truth,
which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John Chapter 14:Verses 11-14
11. Believe me that I am in the Father,
And the Father in me:
Or else believe me for the very works' sake.
12. Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that believes on me, The works that I do shall he do also;
And greater works than these shall he do; Because I go unto my Father.
(Jesus rose from the dead went to the Father)
13. And whatsoever you shall ask in my name,
That will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14. If you shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

John Chapter 14:Verses 16 to 20
16. And I will pray the Father,
And he shall give you another Comforter,
(Holy Ghost or Spirit is the;
Comforter and the Spirit of Truth)
That He may abide with you forever.
17. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive,
because it sees Him not, neither knows Him: but you know Him;
for he dwells with you, and shall be in you. (Shall Be In You)
(The Father the Son, and The Holy Spirit are one!)
(Jesus dwells with you and shall be in you=Holy Spirit)
for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.
(Here Jesus is telling them about the Holy Spirit that is not yet in them)
18. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19. Yet a little while, and the world see me no more;
but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20. At that day you shall know that I am in my Father,
and ye in me, and I in you.(What day? The day the Holy Spirit is in you)
John Chapter 14:Verse 26
26. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost,
Whom the Father will send in my name,(The Holy Spirit not yet given)
He shall teach you all things, and
bring all things to your remembrance,
whatsoever I have said unto you.
(Everyone needs to ask for the Holy Spirit! God will not force you.
He will teach you all things and bring all things to your remenbrance.)

John Chapter 16: verses 7 and 13 to 16
7. Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away:
for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you;
but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
(Send the Holy Ghost to those who ask.)

13. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come,
he will guide you into all truth:
for He shall not speak of himself;
but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak:
and He will show you things to come.
14. He shall glorify me: for He shall receive of mine,
and shall show it unto you.
15. All things that the Father hath are mine:
therefore said I, that He shall take of mine,
and shall show it unto you.
16. A little while, and ye shall not see me:
and again, a little while, and
ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.
John Chapter 7: verses  38-39
38. He that believes on me, as the scripture hath said,
out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
(tongues is a perfect pray language, that living water.)
39. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive:
for the Holy Ghost was not yet given;
because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
(Jesus had to be glorifed first then; He;[Jesus] would send the
Holy Spirit to them that ask.)
Acts 1:5
5. For John truly baptized with water; but you shall be baptized with the
Holy Ghost not many days hence.(or to say Holy Spirit)

Acts 2:4
4.And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost,
and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

The Holy Spirit Jesus can send to the born again believer.
In the new testament one way people knew someone was
saved is they spoke in tongues.
You can be saved without being filled with the Holy Spirit.

When you are saved according to
Romans chapter 10: verses; 9 to 13
9.That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shall believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
you shall be saved.
10.For with the heart man believes unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11.For the scripture saith, Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed.
12.For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek:
for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13.For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

When you believed on Jesus you were sealed with the Holy Spirit.!
Ephesians chapter 1:verse 13.
In whom you also [trusted], after that you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that you believed, you were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise,

The Lord wants his saved people to ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Again Jesus will not force anything on you,
Jesus gave all of mankind a free will;
He wants you to freely choose to be filled.

In the book of Luke chapter 11:
verses 9 to 13 reads:
9.And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10.For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds;
and to him that knocks it shall be opened.
11.If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father,
will he give him a stone? or if [he ask] a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
12.Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
13.If you then, being evil,know how to give good gifts unto your children:
how much more shall [your] heavenly
Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

The Holy Spirit is a Comforter,
Spirit of Truth, and will teach you all things.
Remember they did not have the printed new testament, or a bible.

Just ask and the lord will fill you with the Holy Spirit!

Say This:
My Father, my God, I come to you in Jesus name,
and I thank you that Jesus is my Lord and savior,
I ask now that you would fill me with the Holy Spirit,
You said in your word that if I ask you would
fill me with the Holy Spirit,
I ask to be fill with the Holy Spirit;
so I thank you that I am now filled with the Holy Spirit,
and I can now speak in tongues. Thank You Jesus name; Amen.

Now just begin to speak but do not say any know language,
the sounds that come out of your month will be tongues.
It may be sounds that do not make sense.
I can speak in tongues and wright a letter at the same time
because my spirit is praying not me.Wow!
1Corinthians chapter; 14:verses 14-15
14.For if I pray in an [unknown] tongue,
my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.
(You can not understand)
15.What is it then? I will pray with the spirit,
and I will pray with the understanding also:
I will sing with the spirit,
and I will sing with the understanding also.

Jude 1:20 and 21.
20. But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21. Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
